Malcolm Grant Hollis and Richard Stewart McKnight, chartered accountants of Christchurch and Dunedin respectively, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of MILBURN PROPERTY INVESTMENTS LIMITED
(in liquidation) by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 19 October 2012 at 8.56am.
We fix 30 November 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
