Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Following the directors of the above-named company filing a resolution at the Companies Office, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that on appointment of liquidators the company would be able to pay its debts, Peter Esmond Farrell, of Rotorua, and Simon Paul Rogan, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, have been appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by special resolution of shareholders.
The liquidation commenced on 19 October 2012 at 9.00am.
The undersigned does hereby fix 20 November 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to the distribution.
