Notice to Creditors to Claim
Tony Wayne Pattison, of Napier, and Jeremy Michael Morley, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of 100 FOLD INVESTMENTS LIMITED by the High Court at Napier, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 17 October 2012 at 10.12am.
We fix Wednesday 17 November 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
