Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of TRADE PAINTERS EXPERTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholder on 9 October 2012 at 2.23pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 26 November 2012 as the last day on or before which the creditors of TRADE PAINTERS EXPERTS LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
