Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of LIQUID GOLD NZ (2001) LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Dunedin, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 8 October 2012 at 10.06am.
We fix 26 November 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
