Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that LUAN FISHERIES LIMITED
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 8 October 2012 to be put in liquidation.
Gregory Burton Wright and Errol Wayne Bailey were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 8 October 2012 at 10.30am.
