On 3 October 2012, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act
1993, that LYTTELTON SUPERMARKET LIMITED be liquidated and that Robin Albert Gardenbroek, accountant
of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 3 October 2012 at 10.00am.

The liquidator hereby fixes 19 October 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
