Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 28 September 2012, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SADDLE HILL LIMITED be liquidated and that Doig D. Smith, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 28 September 2012.
