Notice is hereby given that in the High Court at Wellington, under matter CIV-2006-485-1824 and in accordance
with the Companies Act 1993, Associate Judge Gendall, on 13 December 2010 at 3.15pm, appointed Geoffrey Stewart Hatten, accountant of Auckland, as liquidator.
The undersigned does hereby fix 31 October 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
