Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 28 September 2012 at 10.15am, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that THE FREIGHT PEOPLE LIMITED be liquidated and that John Albert Price be appointed for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 29 October 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Any person claiming a security interest over property must make immediate contact with the office of the liquidator.
