Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to resolutions
as to solvency being signed, and in accordance with section 24 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, the trustees of the above-named incorporated trusts, at 6.30pm and 6.15pm respectively on 12 September 2012, appointed Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named incorporated trusts.
The undersigned does hereby fix 19 October 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the incorporated trusts are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any
title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Note: At a meeting on 12 September 2012, the trustees of
Te Kupenga O Hoturoa Charitable Trust agreed to the return of the name of Te Kupenga O Hoturoa to nga iwi o te kei o
te waka o Tainui. As a result, Te Kupenga O Hoturoa Charitable Trust moves into voluntary solvent liquidation and thanks all clients, clinicians, management staff and board of the Trust. As these are solvent liquidations, all valid creditor claims will be paid. There has been a restructuring of the affairs of both trusts to the successor trust Te Hononga O Tamaki Me Hoturoa Charitable Trust.
