John Howard Ross Fisk and Jeremy Michael Morley, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ETERNAL NZ HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant
to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on
24 September 2012 at 11.10am.
We fix 31 October 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
