Tony Wayne Pattison, of Napier, and Jeremy Michael Morley, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ACORN VENTURES LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993,
on 18 September 2012 at 3.26pm.
We fix 19 October 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
