Notice is hereby given that Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed as liquidator of GLOBAL CULTURE EXCHANGE LIMITED by the
High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of
the Companies Act 1993, on 19 September 2012 at 10.13am.
I fix 2 November 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
