Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and
Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of TUCKERMAN MOBILE CORPORATION LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant
to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on
21 September 2012 at 10.32am.
We fix 24 October 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
