Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 17 August 2012, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that SPENCER BUILDING LIMITED be liquidated and that Murray Patrick Winder, principal of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 17 August 2012 at 12.00 midday.
