Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of GEORGE AND HENRY HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation)
at 10.56am on 27 January 2012, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), and ED HARDY (NZ) LIMITED (in liquidation) at 12.00 midday on 31 January 2012, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act.
The undersigned does hereby fix Friday 16 March 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
