Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that AORAKI OSCAR AND HOLIDAY PROGRAMME LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 4 September 2012 to be put into liquidation.
Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 4 September 2012 at 10.42am.
