Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that INVERCARGILL CREDIT CONTROL LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 3 September 2012 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 3 September 2012 at 6.00pm.
