Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 3 August 2012, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SHAMELESS INVESTMENTS LIMITED be liquidated and that Andrew Brian King, accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 3 August 2012.
