Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed
joint and several liquidators of M&R WELDING SUPPLIES LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Invercargill, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 12 September 2012 at 12.23pm.
We fix 18 October 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
