We, Shaun Neil Adams and Sarah Maria Judkins, of KPMG, 18 Viaduct Harbour Avenue, Auckland, were appointed liquidators of the above-named company by the High Court at Auckland on 12 September 2012 at 12.01pm, in replacement of Gareth Russel Hoole.

The liquidators fix 25 October 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
