Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of ZYX LEARNING CENTRES (NZ) LIMITED ("the company") on 11 September 2012 at 5.00pm, resolved to place the company into liquidation and appointed Andrew John McKay and Justin James Bosley, chartered accountants of Auckland, as joint and several liquidators.
The liquidators hereby fix 15 October 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority they may have or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
