Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 10 September 2012, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that U TURN ENGINEERING LIMITED be liquidated and that David James Withell, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 10 September 2012.
