Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that on 10 September 2012 at 10.45am, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Digby John Noyce, of RES Corporate Services Limited, was appointed liquidator of NZFOUND.CO.NZ LIMITED by order of the High Court at Wellington.

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 19 October 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the
above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
