Grant David McQuoid, of New Plymouth, and David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of HISPEC CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at New Plymouth, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 4 September 2012 at 10.17am.
We fix 25 September 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
