Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 4 September 2012, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that A R BAIRD CONSULTING LIMITED be entered into voluntary liquidation and that Anne Lynette Marett, chartered accountant of Ashburton, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 4 September 2012.
