Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of JOHN PETERS INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 3 September 2012 at 9.24am.
We fix 12 October 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
