Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of ARID TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (in liquidation) by
the shareholder on 31 August 2012 at 10.50am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 24 September 2012 as the last day on
or before which the creditors of ARID TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
