Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 28 August 2012, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that WOOL BROKERS (S.I) LIMITED be liquidated and that Traci Jane Booth-Ross, financial controller of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 28 August 2012.
