Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 24 January 2012, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that COMPLIANCE FIRE PROTECTION (2007) LIMITED be liquidated and that Edwin Peter Post, accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 24 January 2012.
