Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 31 March 2011, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that CITTA CONSTRUCTION LIMITED be liquidated and that
Sarah Miskell, director of Pukekohe, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 11 November 2011.
