Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Derek Ah Sam, chartered accountant, and Paul Vlasic, certified practising accountant, were appointed joint and several liquidators of BUZZ PUBLICATIONS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 22 August 2012 at 10.50am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidators of BUZZ PUBLICATIONS LIMITED (in liquidation) fix 5 October 2012 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
