Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
John Howard Ross Fisk and David John Bridgman, chartered accountants of Wellington and Auckland respectively, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SOUTHBURY GROUP LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 21 August 2012 at 4.35pm.
We fix 24 September 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
