The Companies Act 1993
On 22 August 2012 at 2.36pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and Glen David Gernhoefer, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court at Wellington.
The liquidators fix 26 September 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
