Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 16 August 2012 at 3.30pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder that ACADEMY SPORTS NEW ZEALAND LIMITED be liquidated and that Michael William Hartley, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator of the company.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 15 September 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
