Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 25 January 2012 at 12.13pm, it was resolved by a special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the companies be liquidated and that Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for that purpose at the times specified:
- CGC NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) at 12.13pm.
- OLYMPIC SWISS LIMITED (in liquidation)
at 12.14pm.
- G & B RETAIL LIMITED (in liquidation) at 12.14pm.
- SYNC LIMITED (in liquidation) at 12.14pm.
- OSL RETAIL LIMITED (in liquidation) at 12.14pm.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 5 March 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the
above-named companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
