On 10 August 2012 at 11.00am, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that GRANITE INNOVATIONS NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) be voluntarily wound up and that Richard John Sissons, of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.
