Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Jeremy Michael Morley and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint
and several liquidators of BUILDEX CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Palmerston North, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 9 August 2012 at 11.05am.
We fix 26 September 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
