Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that UNLIMITED DESIGN HOMES LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Nelson, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 31 July 2012 to be put into liquidation.
Wayne John Deuchrass and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 31 July 2012 at 12.15pm.
