On 26 July 2012, it was resolved by special resolution
of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that POTAE SHEARING LIMITED be liquidated and that Paul Alexander Glass, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
On 14 November 2011, POTAE SHEARING LIMITED sold its shearing contract business to Davis Shearing Contractors Limited.
The company has now ceased trading and the shareholders have resolved to put the company into liquidation.
The liquidation commenced on 26 July 2012 at 12.00 midday.
The liquidator gives notice that 9 September 2012 is fixed
as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
