Notice to Creditors to Claim
Bruce Donald Gemmell, chartered accountant, and Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SOUTH PACIFIC CRUISES LIMITED by the High Court at Timaru, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 31 July 2012 at 11.11am.
We fix 31 August 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
