Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Grant David McQuoid, of New Plymouth, and David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MERCADE PROPERTIES LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at New Plymouth, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 24 July 2012 at 10.26am.
We fix 24 August 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
