Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 31 May 2012, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that WESTERFIELD HOMESTEAD LIMITED be liquidated and that Grant David McCulloch, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 31 May 2012.
