Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholder of RETAIL MEDIA SOLUTIONS LIMITED, on Friday 13 July 2012 at 8.05am, resolved to place the company into liquidation and appointed Andrew John McKay and Justin James Bosley, both chartered accountants of Auckland, as joint and several liquidators.
The liquidators hereby fix 17 August 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their debts or claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993.
