Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the undersigned was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by a special resolution of the shareholders.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts, has ceased trading and is no longer required by the shareholders.
The liquidation commenced on Friday 13 July 2012.
A certificate of solvency has been filed.
The company intends to distribute its assets to its shareholders.
The liquidator does hereby fix Friday 17 August 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
