Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that GENERAL CABLE ASIA PACIFIC LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 9 July 2012 to be put into liquidation.
Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 9 July 2012 at 9.00am.
