Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On 10 July 2012, the director of R&H RESIDUAL LIMITED resolved:
"That the company would, on the appointment of a liquidator under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, be able to pay its debts".
Notice is hereby given that on 10 July 2012 at 9.00am,
it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that R&H RESIDUAL LIMITED be liquidated and that Keith Mawdsley, chartered accountant, and Kevyn Botes, chartered secretary, both of I-Insolvency Limited, be appointed liquidators for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 9 August 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the
above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
