Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 4 July 2012, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TRAVELSMART LIMITED be liquidated and that Amanda Needham, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 5 July 2012.
