Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

On 23 January 2012, it was resolved by special resolution
of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that NOR WEST ARCH NO. 4 LIMITED be liquidated and that Alister Stevenson, accountant, and Colin Gray, lawyer, both of Christchurch, be appointed liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 23 January 2012.
